What do you think of my future computer

Tell me what you think of my future gaming laptop that I could get in November
Personally I think its really beast for its price (I live in the UK so $800 converted to GBP is about £500)
Please tell me whether I should keep it or look for a new one and if you think I should get a new one could you drop me a link either amazon.co.uk/.com and if you do make sure its a laptop and its under £550/$850
Many thanks and here is the computer I'm getting
Amazon.com: Acer Aspire V3-571G-9686 15.6-Inch Laptop (Black): Electronics

Meh. It's got an alright CPU and GPU. The fact that it's an i7 is alright, but it's only going to be running at 2.2Ghz.
Also, if you're planning on moving data/recording games etc. - your HDD isn't very good at all. Outdated.
Only 3 USB ports? Not a lot of room for much.
What will you be using the laptop for?

They are actually really good. I bought mine for about $1300 and i got 8gb 1600mhz ram and its a really good laptop. I play games like DayZ/Arma 2 Wasteland at about 30 frames constant in cities like Cherno/Elektro. I also play battlefield 3 on the highest graphics at about 50 fps. The hard drive is pretty outdated, definately one of the flaws. Besides that its good value for money.

I'm mainly going to be using it for gaming and school work, I have my own 1tb HDD too so I'm not too concerned about that, I was thinking of overclocking the CPU too and I also an extra USB port dock so I would be able to plug in my Sidewinder X4, Naga hex and sometimes my Xbox controller

That CPU is pretty damn good, but that GPU is a complete and utter pile of shit.
You won't be able to get more than 10 FPS on any game made after 2005.

You'd actually be able to get about 30-40 FPS in BF3 on 1377x768 and Medium Settings, though anything higher and you'll get unplayable framerates.
You can check the Benchmarks if you want:
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M Review - Performance

Could you recommend anything better, because now I'm slightly worried about have an outdated graphics card and not being able to play new games like Battlefield 4, watchdogs and others

Are you already set on a Laptop?
A you can get astronomically more power from a PC of the same price.
