Text color: Cyan, like the text in my profile image, light blue type thing
Background color: Light blue, cyan, (or if that doesn't work out and black is easier, then black)

No cropping is really needed in that case tho: just select a little part of the subject,make a new layer and fill the selection,then make the text like usual and cancel any part of the text inside the selection,no need to render the whole subject at all!

I literally just deleted the psd file. You should've said it after I linked it.
