it used to happen to me.....it may be your connection how long have u waited before? or does CA stop responding altogether?

im guessing the ca clan server is down around ure region then...... this did happen before when ALL clan chat stopped working. This might be a similar thing but to a limited area. Maybe post where ure connecting from so others ppl around ure region can tell u if its working for them or not... if its working for them.... wait for couple days or weeks to check again. IF u dont want to wait that long, re-installing CA might help but mostlikey not.....
