Mei's revised mp7 mod is horrible compared to the original, how do I know ? I have it perm.

Seriously without a doubt and experience with both guns and trying out the normal mei's comparing it to the revised, definitely go with the scorpion's pp-19 mod.
scorpion's pp-19 mod is like a SMG-AR.

extremely good, probably my favorite epic SMG. I would choose it over mei's and viper's (since there's the p90 tr se)

Wither way, the PP-19 trumps the MP7 in every way, especially with it's greater ammo capacity.
