Running Flash Player/Browsers with HEXED Clients.

I and many people are having difficulties running these modded clients from various hacking websites for ROTMG. I have yet to find a solution I am asking any kind person to help me, and many others out. I've downloaded flash player I have windows 8 and when I right click on what to open with, flash player does not open up, I'm VERY irritated that I've still yet to fix this and I'm yearning for some help. Please, if you're going to comment type simplistically for a non-technologically developed person. I would either like to use a browser hacked client. Or if possible be able to run .swf with Adobe Flash.
I am not entirely sure if I'm downloading the right thing, Adobe Flash Player - Downloads - I've used these downloads several times and they DON'T help me with opening things, etc.

In case you got the wrong thing. Here Flash Player Projector
Right Click on your .swf and select "open with" find and select FlashPlayer, and tick/check "always use this blah blah blah" <<I can't remember what it says, I dont use Windows. But once you check that I'm pretty sure you can just double click your .swf from then on to open it in flash projector.
