It isn't really exactly and I'm a Muslim , After the USSR was beaten by the Al-Qa'eda and other groups in afghanistan , U.S wanted to get rid from the weapon which it used to beat the USSR who is Osama Bin Laden and Bin Laden wanted to make the U.S go to afghanistan to just get beaten by Al-Qa'eda like what they did and that's what happened , Osama Bin Laden tried a bombs but it didn't work then he made the plan of 11/9 .
