logite g110 keyboard

does anybody own this keyboard? if so can you take a picture of the keyboard with a paper next to it (also have the lights off) and take a picture of the back (serial tag spot) so i can photoshop it to get me one... thanks if you can, i already got the sn and pn. you can pm me the picture of quote this post with the picture

You're trying to SE it? Damn, well, if they need picture proof, I recommend getting a new rep. No way really around that one unless someone does what you're asking. Not sure if Logitech's policy changed, but they shouldn't always need picture proof.. I've SE'd 2 G110s from Logitech, and both took 10 minutes on call.

idk i havent se the keyboard yet.. the picture will be my backup.. when i se my g500 they ask for the picture... can you tell me how u se 2 g110 without pic?

Really, it's simple. You tell them your Logitech G110 is dysfunctional and the lights aren't turning on when you plug them into computers like they should. Say you tested it on 3 comps, 1 Windows 8, 2 Windows 7, and say you installed all the necessary drivers.

They'll eventually go through some troubleshooting, ask for your PID/SN, and all that technical information, and you should get it.

My most recent SE was a Razer Naga, and Razer is very hard. Took 3 weeks or so.
