Really, it's simple. You tell them your Logitech G110 is dysfunctional and the lights aren't turning on when you plug them into computers like they should. Say you tested it on 3 comps, 1 Windows 8, 2 Windows 7, and say you installed all the necessary drivers.
They'll eventually go through some troubleshooting, ask for your PID/SN, and all that technical information, and you should get it.
My most recent SE was a Razer Naga, and Razer is very hard. Took 3 weeks or so.
