They won't start patches on a daily basis. They would lose players, because people would get sick of it, and they can't afford to lose players.
They might do it like twice a week, if that.. but don't believe they would ever do it on a daily basis. Too much of a hassle, and too much Downtime for a game that has a good amount of players.
