GeForce GTX 650 TI is a really good card to get.
But if you can't afford the TI I would go with the Radeon HD 7790.

Uhm, I really don't know but as years of gaming and using cards, 7790 I bought for my brother is far more capable than my Asus GTX 660 DC II.

The R7-260X from ASUS (R7260X-DC2-2GD5) would probably be the best, it is a tad faster than the 7790 and is equivelant to 124 Euros. You could always choose another manufacturer, just go to:
    Newegg.com - R7 260x

    Cool
-I would recommend Asus Radeon R7 260X 2GB it can run any game you want at 139 USD (amazon)and I think that the shipping will only cost 20$
-if you want a radeon one get this MSI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB from newegg for 150 USD and it is much better(more than 20 fps difference in BF3 ultra 1920x1080 ( more than 60))
-if they are out of you budget I think that MSI GeForce GTX 650 2GB is a good choice amazon
-if you are ok with 1GB of ram and all of the above are expensive for you go with Asus Radeon HD 7790 1GB it is only 89 USD --- newegg
