Do you think Battlefield 4 looks the same as Battlefield 3?

Ok so I am arguing with an idiot, who says that Battlefield 4 looks the exact same as Battlefield 3
and he claims that Call of Duty Ghosts is nothing like the previous games..so do you think Battlefield 4 is the same as Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty Ghosts is not the same as the previous games?

Imo bf4 looks similar to bf3, just some new weps/vehicles and better graphics.
But the mechanics are the same and some vehicles also didn't change.

I remember when I first saw BF3 i was like this game is the best and if I buy it I would play it for ever, but when I bought it I played it for one week then I didn't even bother playing it again because it SUCK!

CoD Ghosts: The fish move.

It has a lot of similarities to BF3 but in my opinion all the new things that they have added improves the game significantly.
