There is a point where this would be okay. For example if someones life was at risk then it would be okay to break minor laws.

The only time the law can really be broken is if a life(s) are in any type of danger.
Only if there is no Federal law involved, if there is then that is pretty much a law in this case which can't be broken.

There is never an acceptable reason to break a law to enforce another. Laws aren't made to be temporary pushed aside.

The supreme court found it intolerable to have to surrender one right in-order to exercise another right
