Sandboxie and VPN compatibility

When I use SafeIP, the IP of Chrome running in Sandboxie remains my original IP. But at the same time, the IP of Chrome running outside Sandboxie has the changed IP by my VPN. I have the latest SafeIP and Sandboxie installed and I found out other users have similar problem with their own VPNs. Is there a way to solve this? Any configuration advices or compatible VPN names would be appreciated. Im looking for a VPN that changes my IP to locations that have plenty of offers such as Chicago, Illinois. Thanks
