Help! Is there a way to run Battlefield 3 in a Celeron?

Hello, I never really made a thread, so... If i do somenthing wrong, tell me.

So, my question if is there a program/way/cheat to run Battlefield 3 without 3 or 5 fps, atleast 19 fps or 15 fps i need, My processor is Celeron, I can't go in further details now because i'am on my mothers laptop that's an I5 and i can't install games in here. So, i can't enter in details. I'am about to get a i7 also, help me pleas.e
