I've had some really bad anxiety for a long time now, but today I had a horrible panic attack.
I was walking with my friends, but all of the sudden I collapsed and had to be carried back home.

I could barely move, and almost stopped breathing.
I got to the hospital, and now I'm on some medication to prevent this from happening again.

My day sucked.

Yea, I've had quite a large and frequent amount of panic attacks myself. (Drug induced)
And when they happened my body would just go limp then I'd stop breathing. It was horrible.
