Soul Cleaver you shouldn't use it for soloing, slow cooldown for healing abillity... for farming it sometimes can be fun having like 50 HP left with Blood Price you can insta-kill enemies with 3000+ Health instantly when you use Soul Rend, pvp is fun, blood price, get to like 200- Hp Soul Snare and then Soul Rend, and then insta-kill basically. So Soul Cleaver is for pvp, and in a way, farming, not recommended for solo though.

If you were to buy Soul Reaver, I would recommend just botting for Exalted. It's free. Also, you should just wait until events come around with item sets that you like.

well if u want power there is the dragon blade in lair its with 2500 AC with base damage 48-60 which is pretty much stronger that any other base damage cause its stable and powerful

there are 2 dragon blades one in the dragon slayer treasure shop with 2500 AC and normal range

but the one i am talking about is in the dragon slayer reward shop also called dragon slayer and worth 2500 AC here is a SS of it

Look at the level. It isn't level 1, so you can't see the actually base damage.
