you CLEARLY have no idea how a market works,
Say you buy a $10 skin/champ(using RP, not IP, IP has no value) , when you try to sell it, that item would total $1-3
You would factor in the:
Level: 30 = $1-5
Tier/Elo/Ranking: Gold I = $10-15
Skins: A lot = $50-75
Champions: Most = $20-30

Seeing this, you probably wont get more than $125 unless you sell to a kid who really doesnt know how much its worth.
