Enhancements for members Question

Okay so ,
example:

If i have a upgraded account and i put enhancements for upgraded users, after membership expires the enh for members remain same on wep,class,etc... with same damage?

If you enhanced your shizzle with member enhancements, it will stay that way. So yes, you would have the extra damage and all.
