I've got 8gb of ram on my comp, but when i go to the task manager, it only shows that i have 3327MB total ram on my comp. And sometimes my windows cries about some memory stuff? What's the problem? Virus or broken ram?

Is your Windows version Windows 64 Bit
if yes, then your RAM is fucked, goto a computer shop and see if they can fix it or buy a new one

Is that a single stick of ram you have in there? And like 2 previous posters said, if you don't have 64bit windows, you need to install it, 32bit wont recognize 8gb of ram.

32 bit is probably why you lost a lot of memory
but the memory errors, I think your memory sticks are fucked, take them to a computer expert and see

Ding ding ding.. That's your problem. 32bit can only utilize up to 4gigs of ram. You need a 64bit system.

Yes, thats your problem right there. 32bit will recognize a little under 4gb usually, install 64bit windows, and run some tests on your ram(google) if you still have problems.

I've got 8GB of ram, not 3.3GB. Dont think 32bit windows would need 4.7GB of my ram.

Like it has been said many times now, that tells you exactly what it says... you have 8gb installed, but the 32bit windows can not utilize more than 3.25gb. Install 64bit windows...

As far as I know you can't use more than 4gb ram on a 32bit system

its not ur ram broken its you windows, you need 64bit to get full ram.
