The anatomy of the render kind of draws me away from everything else.
There's something underneath the head that looks like a neck, but the way ti's angled you'd have to have a pretty stretched out neck for the head to be sticking out so far like it is.
And it's really simple. Just a focal point, and a couple copies of the original render set to a lower opacity, and some weird over-sharpened brushes.
