I'm pretty sure you just need to be using an IP or Proxxy whatever a Proxxy is, from a location that is in the game's service area when you download/play it.

That does not make sense? PCs are banned in North Korea. So is cellphones.

I use a proxy and it's not hard changing an IP to a certain location.

Also EU users can use the Korean game, their servers is to located in South Korea.
