Question about selling and buying accounts

Sooooooo....is it possible for me to like give an omm UGC and they use their paypal to buy an account for me?

like for example. i give an omm 2 20 dollar ugc and they take it and use it themselves and use their own paypal account to continue the trade?

Using a MM just depends on that MM's preference when I used to do trades I would just take codes passwords change in my favor so they couldn't recover and then swap accounts with them, if your using UGC why not just use it on your own paypal and transfer funds that way?
