Now you can't say for identity theft since you are clearly not doing so. What you have doing is hacking now. Zynga does not store any SSN so it can't be.
Identity isn't consider by name but by your SSN.
Which is why when you hear of Identity Theft it has to deal with the your Social Security Number not your name or address....
So in this term its a basic server hack which FBI would spend less time worrying about that unless its was towards the federal government as stated by the CFAA
which made the Counterfeit Access Device and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act which only had applied to only to federal government computers and computers owned by large financial institutions which was later removed.
The only why for the FBI to get into this issue was if they posed a real threat to the national security, harmed anyone, or did charges of damage over 5k.
If they did not do this in any way then it is a simple law suit in court.
