Yes, get Aeria Ignite as it makes it work, or follow this below and try it.

Go to WINDOWS START........ type in MSCONFIG in search box, and a window will open, Tick the SELECTIVE START UP box, click on SERVICES, tick the HIDE ALL MS SERVICES box, turn off your Anti-Virus, click DISABLE ALL, then APPLY, and RE-START your PC............

Then login and play AVA
