    Getting the right parts

Hello guys, I finally have a budget of €400-€500 to build a PC. Well, technically I am not going to build this PC since I have no idea what to do. I need you guys to tell me if these parts are good enough to function for gaming, if not you can find me a setup between or underneath €400-€500. I'd appreciate it. The PC parts I picked just now:

    AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
    Asus M5A97
    A-Data XPG Gaming Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
    Hitachi Travelstar 5K500.B 500GB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB Video Card
    Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition
Antec EarthWatts Green 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Make a setup for me here: https://************.com/

I own a crappy laptop atm.

They all look good, only thing I would suggest is get a Radeon 7970 instead of the 7770

Exactly, since it's €250-ish while the 7770 is €130 and quite good.

    130 ? :O
    I see 2GB version on Amazon for 120, .
You can grab 7790 for 130€.
Also, I've just realized I misspelled "go"(wrote "got")...

As I live in The Netherlands, and order parts in this country. Then yes, it is €230. So I'll just stick to the 7770 for 130

That Motherboard is a tad bit overpriced for the budget.
I'd suggest an M5A97, then use the extra money to get 1600 MHz RAM.

Thanks, I knew that it was too overpriced but I don't want the risks of a burned graphics card thats why. So I took you advice and updated the parts I am going to order.

The Asus Radeon HD 7770 graphics card I picked got replaced. I picked the Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 instead.

The 7850 can still hold up today, but don't expect to be playing games at max any time soon.

    Thanks! Great to hear that!
Unfortunatly the guy selling me this made it more expensive since he gave me a 150 GB SSD with it. So the price is 600 euros now.

IMPORTANT QUESTION! As €600 is hard for me to obtain... Is the 150 GB SSD really needed? Just tell me, without a SSD.. Will my games run slow? Or a 50 GB SSD since 1 GB = € then it's €500 and I will have enough.

So please tell me if without a SSD my pc would run slow!
