Well the trade seems fair and many people would do it.
In my oppionion. I have a thing for honorable soldier ribbon. So if it was me i would stick with ur acc and keep the honorable ribbon (and don't believe the bullshit people are saying about getting the ribbon gack, just rubbisch)

But if u don't care about the hono ribbon i would deffenitly do it
