I think the account is limited and he wants to sell it because he cannot send the money to his alt (main) account. I'm probably going to try and sell the same.

These accounts require you to put your bank account on them to get access to the money. I wouldn't trust.

Yeah possibly, I have a limited account and yeah I was thinking of selling it but I doubt anybody would purchase a limited account to be honest.
