Im sure that MW2/MW3 VAC bans are exactly the same all the time. You can connect to online service (By clicking "Play") but you cant join nor host a match. Except in Private Match where it keep saying "Cannot Kick Host Player"

I got banned in october 2012. the account where that happened is able to connect.
also got banned again after that in december 2012. that account isn't able to connect to online services

So I guess it depends on something that decides if the account is still able to connect or not. I see... Well if the person cant connect to the service, this tool cannot help you unfortunately =(

Besides, I think that even MW3 Chaos cannot help on this either but not sure.

Invisibility is not active as long as you dont push F1

but I like this tool better. simpler.

Both me and my friend are not able to connect to online services.
I got banned before Oct 2012, he got banned a few months ago.
I'm VACd on MW2 aswell, but there I'm able to connect.
