How was the beta so far for you guys?

Well for me it was pretty good but its the beta of curse,They will have some problems don't expect the best.
1)The new Heli-copter is pretty good looking(China)
2)The new guns weren't that good,I think the did most of there job on the maps and vehicles.
3)The new diving option is Sick.
4)The new engine was really good for a beta.

1) engine seems to play a bit smoother.
2) many textures are very bland/bad specular maps.
3) a few missing underwater textures.
4) Its still fun, a bit more fast paced.
5) Still feels like your playing bf3 only with a bit more scripted destruction.

Well,I think Dice is trying to be more as Tryerch and Infintey so they can get all the CallOfDuty fan boys to the Battlefield.
So if you feel that its Just like Battlefield 3 with a bit changes,It means that they are trying to get more fans and when they get more fans they will do the same thing they did with Battlefield 3 at the start,They will do a huge amount of changes.

Beta is beta right? Of course there's gonna be stuff that's buggy/crash/not working smooth/etc..

But in my opinion, it's a nice game.

The beta kinda makes me want to play BF3 again.
However, it's only in Beta. The new engine is alright, but I think the interface is lacking.
Gameplay is fantastic.
8.5/10 for the Beta imo.

So far it has been good except for the occasional FPS lag due to the game being un-optimized yet. It lags even though I have a powerful overclocked graphics card with 8GB of high performance RAM and a Quad Core CPU clocked at 4.2 GHz.

It will lag on low graphics due to the game not being optimized. There is no actual way to fully fix it.

Yes there is,Buy some strong internet provider.
I never had lags and i am on 5mb internet speed.

He means FPS lagg, not latency related.
