Turn in quests remotely?

Is it possible to accept quests using a quest loader and then turn them in using the quest loader, without going to any NPCs? Is it possible to accept 'rare' quests and acquire 'rare' items this way?

Yes you can. About rare quests, you can load them and accept them, but you can't turn them in.

YES-you can accept and turn in quest using the quest loader its easy
NO-rare quests no AE removed them like the ones from the evilwar
