Right side looks pretty solid, I like this.
I think the blur in some areas could have been executed better, and some of the white brushing is a bit random.
If that is brushing.. it looks like it could be blurred Bokeh too I dunno.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of the circles. Thats the main critique from me.
A secondary aspect is the blur on the top tail.

This is a step in the right direction. I think some more dramatic lighting and making the bokeh in the front not quite as obvious would improve this quite a bit.

You just need to work on your sharpening and blurring. Employ vector masking. I'm not sure what kind of monitor you are using, but some of the lines are wayyyy too sharp. Other than that, and what Jimmy said, it's pretty solid.

I like the color balance in it, the contrasts seems fine and the composition is overall pretty good.
Feels like something's missing.
