Isn't it possible to just add the bold and underline that comes with level 3 separately? as that doesn't change after level 3 as far as I can tell.

That is if the <span class="level3"></span> wont work, which I recall it should.

I wouldnt mind being any form of staff, especially on Modelling section. About the posts, isnt lvl3 like at 5k posts? If so, then only around 0.5k posts to go. If to level 4 is 10k then.... until next year.
