Listen man, I lost 7 people in my family to depression. You kn what that leads to, sadness and grief. If you are that sick of your life, ask your self, why am I hear. This is a form of depression.

Don't give up on life, it's all just a bunch of hills. Being stuck in a valley now means you are certain to stumble across a mountain soon enough. You can't get to that high point if you stop in the valley though. Learn to look ahead when the going gets rough, and savor the moment when you stumble upon a shining moment. I occasionally fell the same, especially with school and stuff. But honestly you probably have lived less than a third of your life so there is still lots of good to be seen.

Usually I just sail through the storm as painful as it sounds and try to improve myself by doing positive and good things (since I cause 99% of my problems any ways).
