Which is better?

I am thinking of upgrading my PC, I have all the necessary parts but I am stuck at the CPU part, which one should I get?
AMD Phenom II 3.20 GHZ or an Intel Core I5, and if the latter, which one?

i5 by a mile, get the 4670k , it'll stomp any Phenom you can buy.

The i5 Equivalent to the Phenom II will be faster and in general a better processor however, the Phenom will be cheaper and oftentimes the price difference equals out the 5-10% performance gap.

Why Phenom? The FX series are far more powerful and cost efficient.

i agree with @Aborted ... get an FX 6100 or if you can add the money get the FX 6300 or 6350 ... the price to performance on these cards is great. what does the rest of your build look like so we can get more of a feel for it?

First off there are a crap top of AMD Phenom II processors 10+ i think.
But regardless any i5 Processor would easily outperform the Phenoms both stock and OC.
