That filter on top of it wasnt a good choice because it was orange and background blue.
Try to see some finished sigs tutorials.

Needs to look like Naruto the render needs to be in the background more. Just looks like you copied and pasted it on a cool looking image..
Fix some things and lighting and it could look nice though

So you've put a render on top of an image and added a filter?

If you didn't cut Naruto on the top so it would go over the background,it'd have been much cooler
