Issue - Program doesn't work with windows or missing a file

I use win 8.1 and i getting this error "bf3 ragebot.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.
Error report status 0xc000007b."

tested on Win 7, doesn't work... injection fails and crashes game with error message.
