How to compile the np server?

I am having the source code for the np server, but i dont know how to compile it... and whats with mongodb? what i have to do with it?

Because you're trying to use leaked code to make your own super NPServer v2. As I said, learn a programming language and do something by yourself.

Why would you need NPServer to play offline? Seriously you're looking at the wrong direction..

Why false direction? I need the NP to start the client. Right? So I am looking to run the NP at the LAN-Party so we all start it offline and play.
Or is there a another solution to play offline?

Apparently you don't know what you're talking about. Yes, it is true you need the NP server to start the client ( An internet connection. )
However you could always do a manual patch to bypass it. Not entirely sure it'll work but creating a LAN-type NP server will work.

Wow, just wow.. since when you need NP to start a client? You sir don't really know what you're talking about.. NP is just for authenticating with forum account's credentials, friends system and so on..

And there are lots of communities using NTA's sources without giving credits, one of them is alterMilkyWay.

You don't need the libnp to run a game.. NP is just a platform for friends and authentication and so on, you don't really need it to open a game, unless you add libnp to your project, which is stupid if you only pretend to run the game.

It does.. and it is easy to setup everything. There is another build of NPServer without requiring mongodb though, and easier to run without errors .
