Hi guys i have few questions about CoD Ghosts on PC. first off i wanted to know if its region locked. if i buy a key for a Russian site and wanted to activate it here in the US would i need a special VPN or do i just activate the key on my steam with no VPN or anything? and does the game come in English or just Russian if i get it from that website. the reason i am asking is because its really cheap and was looking to get Bf4 from there too when it hits around 25 USD.

Far easier to just buy the official version, no vpn, language pack or any sort of that problem, you can't even be sure if the game works.

Just buy the actual thing and don't waste your time on downloading and possibly failing the process of doing things and breaking your game.
