All the ones I've seen are cheap 1 time use ones, and the actual good ones are like $2000.

Bulletproof Vest is a concealable one from Isreal, Class 3A Cost around $600

Flak Jacket is from a friend who got it from his neighbor who went MIA (my friend told me he had no close family so they gave it to him), I think he said he went MIA in the Iraq War. When I went to inspect the jacket, there was a little manual thing where you're suppose to keep track of injuries on the jacket and learn about the jacket. The man's name was Harry. (If he's dead, may he rest in peace) And the jacket was apparently from around 1981, so I think it might have been from the war in Afghanistan. Also stops small low powered bullets from certain angle.
