Adware and possibly aw keylogger

Hey all, My mums computer recently got some viruses( adware and i have reason to believe there is a keylogger ). Even with norton installed so they have probably done something stupid just wondering what the easiest way to get rid of all the shit for her. If its possible i don't want to factory reset.

Norton is fucking terrible.

Get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, scan, get Spybot Search & Destroy, scan.

That should remove the adware.

System restore will fix this easily and delete most of the porn she has downloaded.

CMD > MSCONFIG > [ENTER] CLICK STARTUP TAB, REMOVE HIS SHITTY FREE VERSION KEYLOGGER FROM YOUR STARTUP, DELETE THE REGISTRY KEYS, AND GO TO THE FILE LOCATION (PROBS SYSTEM32/SYSWOW64), DELETE IT.

DOWNLOAD SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY, FULL SCAN, AND IMMUNIZE.

DOWNLOAD MALWAREBYTES ANTI MALWARE > FULL SCAN > QUARANTINE.

DOWNLOAD CCLEANER > CLEAR YOUR REGISTRY UP.

THEN GET A DECENT AV, LIKE ESET SECURITY SCANNER. REBOOT YOUR PC, AND QUIT BEING SO FUCKING FOOLISH YOU CANT GET KEYLOGGED WITHOUT RUNNING HIS SHIT, SO EITHER DONT ACCEPT FILES FROM STRANGERS, OR DONT RUN ANYTHING YOU DONT TRUST.

YOU CAN ALWAYS VIRUS SCAN IT ONLINE, GOOGLE ANUBIS VIRUS SCANNER, IT WILL TEST RUN THE FILE AND GIVE FULL RESULTS TO EVERY MEMORY LOCATION THATS BEEN EDITED ON YOUR COMPUTER, WITH AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT IT DID.
