    will the exalted soul cleaver class or the items required to get it go rare? i'm going to buy it with ac's if it will

    Well it requires Legion Tokens to merge it, so the required items will never go rare.
    When they released the class, AE haven't said nothing about turning it rare after some time, so I guess that Exalted Soul Cleaver will be permanent in game.
