I wish they will release the Master Server public so everyone can host those games. Or just a LAN patch where internet authentification is not require or something ! Before we used to play BO2 in LAN/local with friend after logging to 4D1, and we wanted to bypass that logging or just add the master server into our LAN.

NTAuthority confirmed previously that he's not probably going to give his source to anyone, so no. Anyways, BO2 uses DemonWare, and since DWServer is leaked already, you can use it, but I highly doubt it will work .

Seems as if they are not dead, yet, according to their new forum. Just all CoD-related Projects are (IW4/5M, T5M). I'm sad about the last one. T5M was better than any other Black Ops mod out there, and it was only an alpha. As far as Operation2 goes, I doubt it'll come back either. It was hosted on 4D1's servers, and (supposedly) was run by NTA under a pseudonym.
At least they aren't totally dead, so we can see some future non-COD projects from NTA soon.
