    Riddle me this:

Since I've seen quite a few riddles posted in the last few days, I'll have a go and post some simple ones to tease your brains a bit this late at night So like the title says, riddle me this:

1: I am looking at a photo, and there is someone on the photo. Who is this person, if I have no brothers or sisters and the persons father is my fathers son?

2: Archaeologist found a coin. The date on the coin was 33 BC Is that possible?

3: If 5 cats catch 5 mice in 5 minutes, how many cats can catch 100 mice in 100 minutes?

4: Jake's mother has four children. The oldest daughters name is May. The youngest sons name is Augustus. The younger daughters name is Julie. What is the name of the fourth child?

    Enjoy

    1. It's you

    2. I can only assume they didn't have future knowledge of how time will be measured so no.

    3. To the information given, one would assume 100.

    4. I don't know how to count months, I dropped out of school.

You're not very clever are you?

    2. Yeah, it's a sheckle
3.5 cats catch 10 mice in 10 minutes, 5 cats catch 50 mice in 50 minutes and so on.
    4. October, I think

    1: You.
    2: No.
3: If we have 5 cats catch 5 mice in 5 minutes, then it takes each cat around 5 minutes to catch a mouse. If we are simply assuming it has to take the cats 100 minutes, and it is one mouse per 5 minutes, then 5/4=20. It would take a cat 20 minutes to capture 4 mice. Multiply this by five and one cat can capture 20 mice in 100 seconds. So if one cat can capture 1 mouse per five minutes, and that cat captures 4 mice per 20 minutes, and 20 mice per 100 minutes, then it would take five cats to capture 100 mice per 100 minutes.
4: June (or Junie, or any variation of the word "June").

The mistake both of you made on number three, is that you automatically assumed each cat took one minute to capture each mouse. If that were the case, it would take the cats one minute to capture all five mice, unless they went one at a time, which is unspecified. So it is assumed that it takes each cat five minutes to capture one mouse. The ratio is 1:5:1
