No shit I googled it, They didn't tell me anything on google. But I found someone on craiglist that does PS3 downgrade service.

Because the components for the PS3 are expensive and if the Downgrading chip board being installed causes a fault or the person installing it breaks the ribbon cable, then your PS3 is a paper weight and your warranty is voided.
