Punkbuster Bans

I recently got a 1200 minute Cross game ban, but it was only a punkbuster enforced server ban. The account I am using to play is also globally PB banned on BF3, but I have been able to play BF4 just fine on every other server. Is it likely that I will get a punkbuster ban soon? Also, since I only bought the game yesterday, is there a way I can return it and buy it again for a new account, even though I got it digitally on Amazon?

I know that the youtuber TheRussianBadger is using an account that was globally banned on BF3 for the color tweaker, so I assumed it was safe to reuse my account.

I don't think you can't refund the money and buy the game on another account.
