    Multiplayer -> Online Play -> Barracks -> Clan Details?

    EDIT:

    Alternatively you can:

    Multiplayer -> F1 (Friends List) -> Right arrow till you see your clan - > click yourname -> Leave Clan

    Same method as the alternative posted above but with the respective controls for Xbox...
