I don't think delayed VAC bans exist (been a week)
and the first time u get caught due to reports, it's a stats wipe and a temp ban (callofduty.com)

They exist.
First time you get caught you get prema banned(because this trainer modifies game memory).
TAC normally takes care of reports, tho.

Well some people report the got banned. I got also banned, but it could also be other hacks they used. I used one hit kill by kendoyavuz, that one is detected.

So I'm not 100% sure this one is detected, but you can never take too much safety
