My internet provider is a pos, not only did they not notify me of a bandwidth limit they gave me no notice I went over the limit or gave me a warning I was about to go over it before I did.

Almost every damn ISP lies about their speeds. They obviously check their speeds IN THEIR OFFICE rather than setting up a connection at a random home and seeing the speeds.
