No problem with intensity, contrast, or blending, but seems sharpened or rough. Better done than the previous. Good job. Try different smudge brush settings-

Starting shape is an X. Use several layers and different blending options for best results.

Really good compared to your others. 3px hard circle brush at 90% strength is the best setting for me. Just use circular motion when making little intricate details.

Yeah i was switching between sizes and hard brushing and soft brushing then smudge
