HELLLLLLLLL NO,don't EVER torrent the OS ! its what people do without money and and respect to someone that worked hard for their hard work-and i think you don't get the updates ...JUST DON'T ,Microsoft makes money from the OS and its the same concept as "Torrenting" A graphics card-you cannot do that-but if you manage to,you are a criminal that stole 100$ that Microsoft would have made of you.
Same goes for games,there are tons of great free games you can give credit to the makers of them-look what torrenting has done to kingdoms of amalur..
Ah and for the PSU ,this one is just fine,way pay more for nothing? you wont crossfire the 7850 anyways since the card will be so outdated that you are better of with a different one

Personally I'd drop the micro on the motherboard, go with ATX.
And unless you plan on downloading a lot of stuff, buy an SSD. (if you need to download, get a external disk)
GFX card could have 2GB memory, and never get some thing less than XX50 (like, get somthing like 7850, 7860,7760, 7790, but not 7840, 7830 etc...)
Rest is ok I think. This is my opinion.
