G43 or G43M by MSI, trust me, it's a good board.
So... I plan to make some upgrades to my prebuilt PC and I'm not sure what new motherboard I should get to accompany my upgrades as looking for the 'best' is harder than looking for the best GFX card for example imo
I'm just wondering what mobo I should get, if at all as the case I have will have USB 3.0 and I will install new fans and I have no spare chassis fan 'slots' so rather than spending money on a £20 fan controller - I thought of the option of investing in a new mobo, maybe not - I'm undecided at the moment.
So I was thinking of possibly ditching the current fan controller (nzxt sentry 2) and the fans and get a new motherboard with enough PWM fan slots....
CPU: 1155 (i5 2400)
Price range: £40-80
Size: mATX or ATX
USB: 3.0 and 2.0
SATA Ports: A decent amount would be preferred but I would not need a lot.
NOTE: CPU OC'ing will not be happening.
What other criteria is there? ^^
I'm not looking the the highest of range so fancy shit is not needed imo

From personal experience, I know that ASUS makes a quality lineup of boards. But like BigScotiaBhoy said, the newer MSI boards are also great. The new boards usually have usb 3.0 standard and a plethora of other goodies depending on manufacturer. You can find in-depth reviews of mobos online and find one with features that you will use. Just because a board has everything doesn't mean it's a quality one.
